+The Vitamin Shoppe #NextStep Shakes. I try to watch what I eat anyway. So this fit into my daily routine perfect.

As you can tell by the ripped packages, I have finished all three flavors over the last 3 days
What I like about Next Steps Shakes by the Vatamin Shoppe?
Relatively low calorie. Its the equivalent of oatmeal in the morning
Protein!! 14 grams of protein in the powder alone. Which keeps you fuller longer
A quick- easy to grab for breakfast on the go for those that are always running late!
Mixed up great!! Who hasn't had a protein shake that wouldn't mix up? These mixed up great!!
(At least vanilla and chocolate did-- the Berry flavor did mix as well. a little clumpy)
The Shaker Bottle is pink and black-- my favorite colors!
What I didn't like?
I wish the packet had more mix to go with a larger glass of milk. The 8 oz of milk went really fast!!
The Berry flavor did not mix up nicely with the shaker bottle.
The fact that I do not have a Vitamin Shoppe anywhere near me to run out and get some more. I will have to look online.
